VA Compensation and Pension Exams – BIG CHANGES COMING!

The Department of Veterans Affairs is moving to outsource its in-house VA Compensation and Pension Exams also known as C&P exams. Currently, the VA conducts both in-house C&P examinations at Veterans Affairs Regional Offices as well as using outside contractors to conduct compensation and pension exams.

This change was announced without what appears to be any oversight from anybody to include members of Congress. If there is a current backlog in the system it is hard to tell if this is going to actually be helpful for veterans that need these C&P exams conducted in a timely manner so they can get the VA compensation that they have earned and deserve.
