LoginShould I Use An Out Of State Doctor To Help Me Win My VA Claim?
If you want to win your VA claim then you are going to need solid medical evidence. My first choice for medical evidence is using your primary care doctor at the Veterans Health Administration. My second choice would be using a private doctor who is your treating physician if you are not getting much cooperation from your VA doctor. If you are not able to make that work then I recommend getting an out-of-state doctor to help you as a third option. You need medical evidence if you want to win your VA claim and an out-of-state doctor might be your only option.
When I filed and WON my last VA claim, I provided medical evidence from VA doctors and Non-VA doctors. I understand the VA claims process and as a result, I won my veterans disability claim!
