#90VARATING #100VARATING
For those veterans who have a current rating of 90% VA rating or higher and want to be rated 100%, it is possible. But keep in mind, there are strict criteria the VA must consider when evaluating your claim for an increase in your disability rating. If you do not meet these criteria, you won’t get the increase
Veterans who wish to increase their disability rating from 90 percent to 100 percent should consider the rating criteria for each service-connected condition for which an increase is sought. Veterans can read the rating criteria and see if their symptoms line up with what is listed in the 100 percent rating category. Veterans can also have private doctors assess the severity of their conditions based on the rating criteria. Veterans may then submit the opinions of their private doctors to the VA. This WILL help develop a stronger case for a 100 percent disability rating.
