C&P EXAM TIPS, Veterans: DON’T WORRY ABOUT ONLINE REVIEWS

If you’re a veteran and getting ready to go to the Veterans Affairs (VA) for your Compensation and Pension (C&P) exam, here’s some tips for you to follow.

I know it’s really hard not to panic when you read negative things online. There are dozens of Facebook pages for veterans who hate their C&P exams, and hundreds of Yelp reviews about VA doctors who didn’t listen to their problems or gave them the run-around.

Veterans: don’t worry about online postings of examiners.

The doctors at the VA did not go into medicine to hurt or deceive people; they went into medicine because they want to help people get better. They also didn’t become doctor to be disrespected by grumpy patients (that’s your job). If you act like a jerk during your next doctor appointment, test or therapy session, chances are you will get a bad result.
