There’s no doubt that filing a VA disability claim can be a daunting task. However, if your claim is rated at 30% or higher, it’s considered a valuable VA claim.
So why is it that the VA doesn’t want you to know about these valuable claims? The answer is simple – because the VA doesn’t want to pay VA benefits!
1:22 You must have a VA claim strategy
2:20 VA Disability Ratings For Arm Conditions
3:51 VA Disability Ratings for Traumatic Brain Injury
5:54 VA Disability Claims for Major Depressive Disorder
8:08 VA Claims for Respiratory Conditions
Fortunately, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of having your claim rated at 30% or higher. First, make sure you have all of your medical evidence in order. This includes documentation from your doctor, hospital records, and any other relevant information.
Second, be prepared to argue your case. The VA isn’t always quick to award VA benefits, so you’ll need to be prepared to fight for what you deserve. And finally, don’t give up! Even if your initial claim is denied, don’t despair – many veterans are successful in appealing their decisions.
So if you’re thinking about filing a VA disability claim, remember – it’s important to file a VALUABLE VA DISABILITY Claim vs a claim that won’t pay you anything at all.
