A medical nexus is a connection between your VA claim and your medical condition. In other words, it’s evidence that your VA claim is related to your service-connected disability.
The VA often denies claims because they can’t establish a medical nexus. But if you have a medical nexus, it’s much harder for the VA to deny your claim.
