The Easy Way To Get A 100% VA Rating (It’s Not What You’re Thinking)
If you’re looking for an easy way to get a 100% VA rating, the answer probably isn’t what you’re expecting. It’s not about finding a way to game the system or take advantage of loopholes – it’s actually much simpler than that.
The VA offers a program called “Individual Unemployability” that allows veterans who can’t work to receive 100% disability benefits.
So, if you’re unable to work due to your disabilities, you may qualify for this program and get the benefits you deserve. In order to be eligible, you need to be able to prove that your service-connected disability prevents you from obtaining and maintaining substantial gainful employment. This means that even if you have other jobs or sources of income, they mustn’t bring in enough money to support yourself.
If it turns out that your disability does prevent you from doing gainful employment, then all you need is a VA doctor’s opinion on it. With their confirmation in hand along with the other documents, you can file a claim with the VA and start receiving your 100% disability rating.
