This Is How You BEAT THE SYSTEM And Get A 100% VA Disability Rating!
Unfortunately, the majority of veterans who apply for a 100% disability rating are ultimately denied. The VA often views these claims as too expensive, or considers them to be based on subjective factors that can’t be easily verified. Additionally, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental health conditions tend to be difficult to prove with medical evidence. As a result, veterans may experience their claims being rejected even when they have legitimate and substantial disabilities from military service.
In some cases, veterans may receive what is known as an “inadequate” rating if their conditions don’t qualify them for a full 100% VA rating. This cannot happen in every case; however, it can mean that the veteran won’t get all the benefits that they may be entitled to with a higher rating. Additionally, some veterans may have difficulty providing the evidence needed for a 100% rating, or the VA could deny their claim due to insufficient medical evidence or other reasons.
