Combat Craig Terms of Use
Combat Craig LLC (“Combat Craig”, “we” or “us”) operates an Online Website URL combatcraig.com from which you may purchase access to the online educational BOOT CAMP and BDD Pre-Discharge WORKSHOP video courses with additional benefits such as links to resources, links to a members only private email address for questions, and LIVE online group Q&A sessions with Combat Craig’s Support Team, plus more. (“Combat Craig Products”).
These Terms of Use apply to the content and functionality of combatcraig.com, and to Combat Craig Products (currently we do not offer physical products). Additionally, these Terms of Use do not apply to products or services that are available from a 3rd Party Vendor such as Combat Craig’s MedTeam, which is run by a 3rd party where you check out at a location other than https://combatcraig.com. They will have different terms than Combat Craig at their website when ordering. Combat Craig may receive referral fees from various vendors.
1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US – You may give us information about yourself when you visit combatcraig.com. With respect to that information, We may need to send you email or text messages in order to, for example, verify your identity or provide you with important information. You authorize us to send those messages when you visit combatcraig.com and provide your contact details. Standard text or data charges may apply to text messages. Where offered, you may disable text message notifications by responding to any such message with “STOP”, or by following instructions provided in the message. However, by disabling text messaging, you may be disabling important security controls.
2. COMBAT CRAIG INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) – Combat Craig LLC, and Combat Craig LLC and its licensors exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in the patents, copyrights (including rights in derivative works), moral rights, rights of publicity, trademarks or service marks, logos and designs, trade secrets, and other intellectual property embodied by, or contained in combatcraig.com (collectively, “Combat Craig IP”). Combat Craig IP is protected by copyright, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property laws, and all rights in Combat Craig IP not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use are reserved.
You may choose, or we may invite you via survey or other means, to submit comments or suggestions about improvements to combatcraig.com or to our products or services (“suggestions”). If you submit a suggestion to us, we will presume that your submission was voluntary, unsolicited by us, and delivered to us without any restrictions on our use of the suggestion. You also agree that Combat Craig has no fiduciary or any other obligation to you in connection with any suggestion you submit to us, and that we are free to use your suggestions without any attribution or compensation to you.
3. ACCESS TO COMBATCRAIG.COM – Combat Craig grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access combatcraig.com. This license does not include a right to use any of the content and information, including product listings or our Combat Craig Marks. Example: our logos, our videos, BOOT CAMP, our posts and articles. Your permissions and/or licenses are automatically terminated by any unauthorized use.
4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – Details and specifications of products and services available for purchase at combatcraig.com (“Combat Craig Products”) are set out at combatcraig.com if applicable. Currently Combat Craig does not sell physical products and is not responsible for the product in any manner, regardless if the product contains Combat Craig logos or other Combat Craig identification.
All physical products are priced and sold by 3rd Party Vendors. Combat Craig simply links from the Combat Craig website to the systems of a 3rd Party Vendor who is solely responsible for the transaction, delivery and any issues or returns. Combat Craig may receive a commission or affiliate payment from the 3rd Party Vendor. All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted at combatcraig.com are determined by, sold, and delivered by a 3rd Party Vendor and subject to change at any time without notice by the 3rd Party Vendor. The inclusion of any products or services at combatcraig.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available in the future. Please view the terms and conditions of the 3rd Party Vendor on their website. By placing an order for any product that contains Combat Craig logos or other Combat Craig identification, you represent that the products ordered via the 3rd Party Vendor will be used only in a lawful manner.
5. MEMBERSHIPS, CANCELLATIONS, and REFUNDS
5a. BOOT CAMP MEMBERSHIP – We currently offer the ability to purchase TWO types of BOOT CAMP Memberships to COMBAT CRAIG’S BOOT CAMP.
BC Membership Type #1: A BOOT CAMP YEARLY Membership does NOT auto-renew. A YEARLY Membership must have physical Member interaction to be renewed annually on or before the Expiration Date shown in the Member’s account profile. If the Member chooses to take advantage of any current LIFER UPGRADE PROMOTIONS available to them on or before the Expiration Date (and occasionally AFTER the Expiration Date) the Membership will be switched to BOOT CAMP LIFER and the YEARLY Membership will terminate.
BC Membership Type #2: A BOOT CAMP LIFER Membership is purchased once and never expires.
A LIFER purchase may occur as an standard purchase from the Membership Join Page or via a LIFER UPGRADE PROMO offered at times via email or other methods to EXPIRING or EXPIRED YEARLY BOOT CAMP Members.
Standard pricing for both types of BOOT CAMP Memberships (YEARLY and LIFER) are presented on the Membership join page which can be viewed by clicking here. Pricing is subject to change at any time. LIFER UPGRADE PROMO pricing changes frequently and is currently only shown to members via email to their email address shown in their member account which is accessible from the CombatCraig.com website navigation bar.
5b. BDD Pre-Discharge WORKSHOP (BDD WORKSHOP)
BDD WORKSHOP membership is active for up to 1 year from the purchase date. We will make exceptions to this rule if the BDD WORKSHOP Member has a scheduled discharge date after the 1 year WORKSHOP expiration date. We must receive proof of a scheduled US Military discharge date within 30 days of joining for a BDD WORKSHOP extension to be granted. Once the discharge date has passed (or before) the BDD WORKSHOP Member will have the opportunity to switch to a YEARLY or LIFER BOOT CAMP Membership at a discounted PROMO price.
5c. STANDARD MEMBERSHIP PRICING for BOOT CAMP and BDD WORKSHOP is subject to change at any time, and without notice. Standard Membership Pricing can be viewed by clicking here.
Any pricing change during your YEARLY BOOT CAMP term will not directly affect your current membership pricing. However, it may affect UPGRADE pricing from A YEARLY to LIFER Membership, or any future renewal pricing. The best bet is to UPGRADE a YEARLY BOOT CAMP Membership to LIFER when a PROMO is offered.
The same applies for Switching to a BOOT CAMP Membership from BDD WORKSHOP if a PROMO is offered to EXPIRING BDD WORKSHOP Members
5d. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS – Once the digital BOOT CAMP and/or BDD Pre-Discharge WORKSHOP private pages with proprietary videos and other material offered on combatcraig.com has been accessed we do not offer refunds.
Using the Cancel link in your profile will cancel your membership immediately and revert you to a FREE CONTENT Area Membership. However cancelling does NOT refund any Membership fees if you have accessed the BOOT CAMP or BDD WORKSHOP proprietary areas as discussed above. And yes, we do keep access records. If you have questions please contact us before you purchase.
6. YOUR ACCOUNT – We may require that you create an account to access the combatcraig.com, including to make purchases. If we do so, you must provide accurate information about yourself when you create an account and ensure that you update us if that information changes. You must ensure that your login details remain confidential. You are responsible for any activity, including any purchases made, under your account. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time and for any reason. You can find your account details under the ACCOUNTS & LOGIN on the red navigation bar on combatcraig.com
A Combat Craig BOOT CAMP or WORKSHOP Membership is for 1 individual Member. Sharing your Account Login Credentials to others will definitely result in your account and any active memberships being terminated. Don’t do it. If you have a group of 5 individuals or more we can arrange discounted pricing for your members. Again, sharing your account login and other details will get you permanently banned and there will be no refund whatsoever. It is fairly simple: DON’T SHARE your account details. Memberships are per individual. Period.
7. SHIPPING & RETURNS – Combat Craig Products that are physical goods as mentioned in Section 4 are sold by a 3rd Party Vendor. Combat Craig simply provides a link to the 3rd Party Vendor and has no further interaction or responsibility once the buyer has left the Combat Craig website. Please contact the 3rd party vendor whom you purchased from with any questions or issues you may have utilizing the information on your payment receipt. Currently, Combat Craig does not sell physical products.
9. NO WARRANTIES – We provide Combat Craig, Combat IP and Combat Craig Products “as is” and “as available”, without any express, implied, or statutory warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or any other type of condition, warranty or guarantee. No data, documentation or any other information provided by Combat Craig or obtained by you from or through combatcraig.com – whether from Combat Craig or another entity, and whether oral or written – creates or implies any warranty from Combat Craig to you.
Combat Craig disclaims any knowledge of, and does not guarantee: (a) the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any data provided through combatcraig.com; (b) that the Combat Craig Products will meet your specific needs or requirements; (c) that combatcraig.com will be available at any particular time or location, or will function in an uninterrupted manner or be secure; (d) that Combat Craig will correct any defects or errors at combatcraig.com; or (e) that combatcraig.com is free of viruses or other harmful code. Use of data, products or services that you access, purchase or download through combatcraig.com is done at your own risk – you are solely responsible for any damage to your property, loss of data, or any other loss that results from such access, purchase or download.
Nothing in these Terms of Use operates to exclude, restrict or modify the application of any implied condition, warranty or guarantee, or the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any liability under law to the extent that doing so would: (a) contravene that law; or (b) cause any term of this agreement to be void.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – Under no circumstances will Combat Craig be responsible or liable to you for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use combatcraig.com or for the unavailability of combatcraig.com, or for lost profits, personal injury, or property damage, or for any other damages arising out of, in connection with, or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of combatcraig.com, even if such damages are foreseeable, and whether or not you or Combat Craig has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Combat Craig is not liable, and denies responsibility for, any damages, harm, or losses to you arising from or relating to hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of combatcraig.com or your failure to use or implement anti-fraud measures, security controls, or any other data security measure. Combat Craig further denies responsibility for all liability and damages to you or others caused by (a) your access or use of combatcraig.com inconsistent with our instructions; (b) any unauthorized access of servers, infrastructure, or data used in connection with combatcraig.com; (c) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through combatcraig.com; (d) any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or losses in or to any data provided to us; (e) third-party content provided by you; or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of others.
You agree to limit any additional liability not disclaimed or denied by Combat Craig in relation to combatcraig.com, Combat Craig IP, and Combat Craig Products, to your direct and documented damages; and you further agree that under no circumstances will any such liability exceed in the aggregate the greater of the amounts paid by you to Combat Craig during the three-month period immediately preceding the event that gave rise to your claim for damages, and USD $20. These limitations on our liability to you will apply regardless of the legal theory on which your claim is based, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory or basis.
11. APPLICABLE LAW – By using combatcraig.com and any related BOOT CAMP or BDD WORKSHOP member benefits, you agree that the laws of the state of Florida, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Combat Craig.
12. MODIFICATION & SEVERABILITY – We reserve the right to change or add to the terms of these Terms of Use at any time, solely with prospective effect, and to change, delete, discontinue, or impose conditions on use of combatcraig.com by posting such changes on our website or any other website we maintain or own. You can access a copy of the current version of these Terms of Use on our website at any time. You can find out when these Terms of Use were last changed by checking the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
13. By purchasing a BOOT CAMP Membership or BDD Pre-Discharge WORKSHOP Membership, you are agreeing to ALL the Terms and Conditions specified on this page.
