  1. I have gotten a letter saying that there was a duty to assist error in my claim. They said that they found favorable evidence supporting my claim. What does this mean for me? I would love to join the boot camp but I can’t afford it right now

  2. I heard Craig say that a c and p examiner cannot do a mental health phone exam. Mine did. He reported false info that got my claim denied. He made reference to the wrong date in my military medical record and said I was lying. Had he looked at the info I sent him he would have had the right date and evidence.

      Medical as well as Legal ain’t cheap, but Veterans need to understand that it can be the pivot point between success and everything else below. With a 100% rating basically doubling a 90% paycheck, MEDICAL (and legal) is worth every penny like you mentioned. But to drive your point home: With a 100% rating equating to over $1,000,000 (yes ONE MILLION) in tax free cash and benefits over 20 years, it is a NO BRAINER to pull up yer britches and take your shot!

  5. Finally found you again. I hope you don’t mind of the comment that I just put. I will be putting another comment once I start learning how to use this website yes, and do you have any videos on the Maj. Richard star act? And I do have some questions on CRSC if you can help out with IM 100% VA THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO AND I LIKE WOULD LIKE TO DO ONE OF THE VIDEO CHATS.

    Thanks to you and your associates, I received a 50% rating from the VA for non-combat PTSD; this is great!
    PTSD causes many issues. Feel free to make suggestions for a total 100% disability rating.

    I need to process a sleep apnea diagnosis claim. What do I need for the nexus letter? As noted, I have a diagnosis.

    I would like to file additional claims at the same time. Is this possible? My sleep apnea has caused my heart to be enlarged and other issues.

    I may have Menair’s disease. I need a diagnosis. I have the three components required: dizziness (I have fallen down, and the bedside clock, after I roll over to face the clock, literally spins vertically to stop spinning after a time), hearing impairment, and tinnitus.

    Attached is a copy of my disability status. I have been awarded 10% for tinnitus and 0% for hearing. Recently, I have been diagnosed by the VA as “moderate to severe hearing” impaired. The date of the original hearing award was in 1986. I would think I should have the percentage increased since my hearing is worse. Need another Nexus letter?

    I would like you to please tell me what you need to accomplish the above.

    I am 69 yo and have been service connected for tinnitus 10% and hearing 0% since 1998. I recently (June 28, 2024) received additional service connection for PTSD 70% and Shoulder Impingement 20% for a total of 80% service connection disability. All are shown as “Static” in my c-file.
    After watching your Youtube videos I am “thinking” about filing for TDIU. But, I am afraid of “poking the bear.” I am afraid if I go down this route VA will use this as an opportunity to take away what I was able to achieve. Have you seen anyone in my situation get screwed by the VA?

    I just found you on my PC .Thank God .
    I’ve been able to take advantage of some of my VA benefits(Tinnitis 10%) .
    but the VA is silent on all of my other claims for VADisibilty .(not good) .
    I was told I had to get my claim up from 10% to 30% , but was denied and closed , no explanation for reason(s) for denial .?????
    I will study this process more and more , because I know these benefits are being wasted and under-rated .
