Video: How to Increase VA Disability Ratings from 90% to 100%
If you are a veteran with a disability rating of 90% or higher, you may be eligible to increase your rating to 100%. To do so, you will need to submit additional evidence to the VA proving that your condition has worsened.

In order to get your disability rating increased from 90% to 100%, you must first prove that your condition has worsened since you were last rated. The VA will consider any new evidence that you submit, as well as any changes in your condition that have been documented by your treating physician.
If you are able to provide sufficient evidence to the VA that your condition has worsened, you will then be given a new disability evaluation. This evaluation will take into account all of the evidence that you have submitted, as well as any changes in your condition. If the VA finds that your condition has indeed worsened, they will assign you a new disability rating of 100%.
