For migraines to qualify for a VA disability rating, you must prove that your symptoms are part of a diagnosed condition. There is a maximum VA rating of 50 percent for migraine headaches, which falls under VA diagnostic code 8100. Veterans suffering from migraines are also rated at 0%, 10%, and 30% by the VA.
